You can also receive a quick, 5-minute virtual estimate before booking. Once we receive your authorization on the initial estimate, we will conduct a comprehensive assessment and provide a more detailed estimate. If you choose to leave your vehicle for repairs, we’ll help arrange a rental car for your convenience.
2. Insurance Coordination:
   We can help handle some of the communication with your insurance company on your behalf, streamlining the claims process and keeping you informed every step of the way. Our goal is to make this part of the process as stress-free as possible for you.
3. Tow-ins:
   If your vehicle is not drivable, our team will coordinate a tow and help arrange a rental car if needed. After assessing the damage, we’ll guide you through the next steps, including how to proceed if your vehicle is declared a total loss.
4. Damage Assessment and Reporting:
   After the initial evaluation, we provide you with a detailed, itemized damage report. We’ll explain the extent of the damage and discuss any additional repairs that may be required before proceeding with the work
5. Vehicle Disassembly:
   To accurately identify all the damage, including any hidden issues that may affect adjacent parts, we carefully disassemble necessary components of your vehicle. This ensures we address all repair needs thoroughly.
6. Parts Procurement:
   At Tactical Collision, we prioritize using OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts whenever possible to ensure the highest standards of quality and compatibility. If aftermarket or used parts are needed, we ensure they are CAPA certified and provide a comparable fit. We will always discuss these options with you beforehand, ensuring full transparency throughout the process.
7. Repair and Quality Control:
   Our technicians will carry out all necessary repairs, from minor cosmetic fixes to major structural work. Once repairs are completed, your vehicle undergoes a multi-point quality control inspection to ensure everything meets factory standards, with special attention to safety systems like airbags, sensors, and electronics.
8. Painting the Vehicle:
   After completing all body and mechanical repairs, our experts refinish the surface of your vehicle, ensuring the paint matches its closest variant to the original color and looks as flawless as before.

    As part of our commitment to superior service, we provide a complimentary exterior wash and interior vacuuming before delivering your vehicle back to you, so it looks as good as new.
