I can’t say enough good things about my experience. The bill came in where he quoted it, they were able to get my vehicle done quick, the work was great and looked like it did when it came from the factory. There was great communication through the whole process. Hopefully I won’t have to be back anytime soon but when I need anything auto body related he will be my first stop.

They work with your insurance company even if your insurance company doesn't list them as a "provider". I ignored State Farms list and refused to see who they wanted me to see! I never do reviews but just have to this time. Austin and his crew did an awesome job repairing a bad gash on my F150, matching the paint perfectly and a lower cost than other estimates. I then recommended them to my grandson who's car was in bad shape to say the least. In a very short time frame, they had the car looking brand new while staying within their estimate, which I didn't thing would be possible. Without hesitation, they are the BEST !!!!!!!!

We recently had our Honda Odyssey repaired by Austin’s team at Tactical Collision. Originally, my plans were to buy an OEM bumper cover, have TC paint it, and then install the cover myself. I’m so glad that Austin had the notion to ask about this, because he painted and installed the new bumper for $200 less than what I would have paid to buy the bumper myself, have it painted, and install myself.Tactical is Honda & Acura certified for collision repair, so they use OEM parts to guarantee the best fit. If you don’t have a Honda or Acura, no worries! Austin and his team can still work on the vehicle.Having worked in auto and truck shops, including a truck body shop, your image is your first impression to a customer. These guys maintain a clean facility all around.I hope I don’t have to use these guys again (for obvious reasons), but if I do, I know I’ll have my vehicle looking brand new again.
